PLEASE NOTE:
We do not hire outdoors between 1st October – 1st May.
All outdoor inflatables must be set up on real grass only.
We do not hire outdoors on:
- Concrete
- Artificial grass
- Block paving
- Decking
- Gravel or hard standing
Real grass is mandatory for outdoor bookings.
Space Requirements
This package requires a safe working area of at least:
- 28ft wide
- 20ft long
- 10.5ft high clearance
Please ensure the area is completely clear before delivery.
Delivery & Collection Times
Our standard times are:
Delivery: Between 7:00am – 11:00am
Collection: Between 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Exact times will be confirmed closer to your event date.
Venue & Hall Hire Information
When booking your venue, please allow at least 30 minutes either side of your party time for set-up and pack-down.
Example:
If your party is 1:00pm – 3:00pm
And your hall is booked 12:30pm – 3:30pm
Please select 12:30pm – 3:00pm as your booking time with us.
We will confirm availability of your selected times as soon as possible.
